🌟 Discovering Europe: Transition Year’s Adventure Abroad! 🌟

104 of our Transition Year students embarked on an enriching journey across Europe, immersing themselves in history, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Beginning our expedition in Belgium, we delved into the haunting past of Fort Breendonk, an enduring symbol of resilience amidst the turmoil of World War II. Our exploration continued in Brussels, where we savoured the delights of Belgian cuisine and wandered through its captivating streets.

The following day, we ventured to Cologne, Germany, where the tantalizing aroma of chocolate awaited us at the Lindt factory, followed by a breathtaking ascent of the iconic Cologne Cathedral. Day three brought us to the thrilling realms of Efteling, a renowned theme park where adrenaline-pumping rides awaited at every turn. Wrapping up our journey in the picturesque city of Ghent, we embarked on a serene canal cruise and indulged in some leisurely shopping.

An unforgettable adventure, filled with enjoyment and memories that will stay with us for years to come
